MISSOULA - A Kalispell woman pleaded not guilty in federal court to charges that she intended to carry out a murder for hire.
Judith Johanna Cossette is accused of knowingly causing someone to "use a facility of interstate commerce with intent that a murder be committed."
The alleged crime started March 13 and continued until March 24, records say.
She was arrested on April 16 and is on pre-trial release.
Court documents don't give further details on the allegations.
