SOUTH FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. -

A Pennsylvania man was taken into custody after allegedly threatening to 'shoot up' a polling place Tuesday.

The suspect, 48-year-old Christopher Queen made the threat after staff at the South Franklin Fire Hall told him he was not registered to vote within the county.

According to a report by Pennsylvania State Police, Queen allegedly became angry and many poll workers heard him threaten to get a gun and shoot up the poll place.

Queen was later taken into custody without incident.
