There's still no trial date for a man accused of burying an infant in the woods in Western Montana.

Francis Carlton Crowley, 32, is charged with felony assault on a minor under 36 months and felony criminal endangerment after prosecutors said he abandoned a baby under a pile of dirt and sticks in the woods outside Lolo Hot Springs in July.

Law enforcement found the baby alive after a multi-hour search.

Tuesday, Crowley's attorney told the judge that he needs more time to review new documents filed in the case.

He added that he is also looking into drug treatment options for Crowley, but is running into some road blocks.

Crowley is due in court again later this month to discuss a trial date.
