Boston's celebrates "Brawl of the Wild" with game day food

It's football season, which means it's appetizer season!

Make the most of your game day with some awesome food inspired by Boston's Restaurant. Of course, nothing beats game day at the Sport's Bar, so make your reservation today! But if you're more of a homebody, enjoy some of these recipes at home:

BOSTON’S NACHOS

Ingredients:

  • Refried black beans 4 oz
  • Spicy chicken 4 oz or Ground beef 4 oz
  • Nacho chips
  • Shredded nacho cheese 5 oz
  • Diced tomatoes 1 oz
  • Shredded iceberg mix 1 oz
  • Sour cream 1.5 oz
  • Guacamole 1.5 oz
  • Pickled jalapeños 1 oz
  • Salsa 2 fl oz

Assembly:

  1. Arrange nacho chips on a plate.
  2. Spread the refried black beans over the nacho chips.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded nacho cheese over the refried black beans.
  4. Distribute your choice of protein on top of the shredded nacho cheese.
  5. Place the diced tomatoes on top of your protein.
  6. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa and jalapeños.

PEPPERONI STUFFED TWIST BREAD

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough
  • Melted garlic butter 1 fl oz
  • Sliced pepperoni 16 ea
  • Shredded parmesan 0.5 oz
  • Nacho cheese 2 oz
  • Pizza seasoning 1 tsp
  • Marinara  4 fl oz
  • Parsley 0.01 oz

Assembly:

  1. Roll out pizza dough.
  2. Brush the dough with the melted garlic butter.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced pepperoni, nacho cheese, shredded parmesan cheese and pizza seasoning on the dough.
  4. Cut each dough into equal strips.
  5. Twist the dough, ensuring the ingredients are on the inside and place on a pan.
  6. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
  8. Serve with hot marinara sauce.
