MISSOULA -

The man arrested after police found a pipe bomb in a Missoula home no longer faces criminal charges.

27-year-old Andrew Ibey was booked in jail earlier this week for possession of explosives and burglary. He was set to appear in court Friday, but the County Attorneys Office dropped the charges. He has been released from jail.

Another suspect 40-year-old Shelly Turbitt, who was arrested for a probation violation, is still in custody.

The bomb was found Tuesday after Turbitt's parole officer called police and informed them about the bomb. A Missoula bomb squad deactivated the bomb. Police say no other threats remain in the area.
