Thompson River Complex Fire 50% Contained

Posted: Updated:
PLAINS -

Crews contain about half of the Thompson River Complex fire.

Almost 500 people are fighting the fires across more than 1,600 acres near Plains.

Originally the biggest of the three fires, the Koo Koo Sint, is now completely contained. They're basically mopping up the Marmot fire now too.

The Spruce fire is the biggest concern.
