Glacier National Park Sets New July Record

WEST GLACIER -

Glacier National Parks hits a new high during one of the hottest months of the year.

Numbers from the National Park Service show that 700,000 people visited the Park in July. This is 10,000 more than the previous record that was set in 1983.

The monthly records only goes back to 1979.

So far this year, 1.2 million people have enjoyed Glacier, five percent more than this time last year.
