SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -

UPDATE: I-90 is back open Friday night after it took crews several hours to clear all the hay, and put the trailer back on its wheels.

Troopers say the tractor-trailer was driving westbound in the center lane when another semi-truck tried to merge in to the same lane.

The driver who was towing two trailers of hay needed to hit the brakes quickly, which caused the rear trailer to flip.
