FWP Stamp Would Use Donations To Help Maintain Wolf Numbers

In July, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks set the wolf kill quota for homeowners at 100, and Thursday you can learn about a new plan to get more people involved in wolf management.

At FWP headquarters in Kalispell and Missoula, officials will talk about a new wolf stamp starting at 6:00 p.m.

Money from the $20 stamp would go toward maintaining the wolf population.

Some areas that could get funding with the new program are research, education, outreach, law enforcement, and habitat projects.
