Some of the top bull riders in the country will be competing in Livingston Saturday night for the PBR Touring Pro Division.
The tractor is kicking up dust, preparing the arena.
Because come tomorrow night, these shoots will be stocked with some of the best bucking bulls and bull riders in the country.
"It's professional bull riding at its finest."
"We have 35 of some of the very top bull riders in the world at the top professional bull riding level that compete in the PBR,” said event producer, Jacey Watson. “Along with several bulls that you will se on the Built Ford Tough Series. They're great."
For the fifth straight year, Livingston will host a professional bull riding event.
35 of the top bull riders will travel from local places and some riders will come from overseas.
"There's a few that are local,” Watson said. “You'll see some Montana boys. I've got some from Browning and Grass Range. The next is all over the U.S. We do have, I believe 3 or 4 from Australia, and a couple coming out of Canada."
While the riders come from across the world, so do the fans.
They all hail to Livingston for the competition.
"Folks come from different areas,” said Watson. I even have people that come from clear out of state, from back east that plan their summer trips around this event, year after year. It's gotten to be quite a name. We're to bring it to the town."
"It's basically PBR unplugged,” Watson said. We don't have to watch for commercials or timing, or anything of that nature. We can just let it roll and have a good time."
Tickets for the event go on sale at 12 p.m. on Saturday afternoon at the Park County Fairgrounds.
