Two men sentenced for first degree manslaughter

KHQ.COM - Two men have been sentenced for the 1st Degree Manslaughter in two separate murders. 40-year-old Shane Smith was sentenced Tuesday to 171 months (14 years and 3 months) in prison after being convicted of killing 44-year-old Warren Flynn in the area of 3rd and Lake on May 13, 2012.

Wednesday, 41-year-old Michael Bullock was sentenced to eight years in prison after being convicted of killing 46-year-old Donald Kuest on November 22nd, 2013. Kuest was found floating in the Spokane River near 5800 E. Upriver Drive. This investigation is on-going and additional arrests are expected.
