Petrino Boots Epps From Vandal Football Team

MOSCOW, Idaho - University of Idaho football coach Paul Petrino Sunday today the dismissal of senior wide receiver Dezmon Epps from the Vandal football team.

"We have the highest standards and expectations for our players as student-athletes and citizens," Petrino said. "We clearly outline the consequences when these expectations are not met."

Epps led the Vandals last season with 1,416 all-purpose yards. He also caught 79 passes for 980 yards and 4 touchdowns in 2013 as a junior.

They will play No. 4 Keiser at 7 p.m. on Friday May 26.   LCSC finished the regular season with an overall record of 35-13.
