Alcohol And Speed Factors In Fatal Frenchtown Roll-Over

Posted: Updated:

Montana Highway Patrol says alcohol and speed played a factor in a roll-over accident late Wednesday night that killed a 26-year-old Missoula man in Frenchtown.

The Montana Highway Patrol says the crash was reported just before midnight. They say a Subaru was traveling east on La Casse Lane, after turning off Mullan Road, when the vehicle hit a bridge rail, and landed on its top in an irrigation ditch.

The man died at the scene. His name has not been released.
