There's a sport that's growing across the country, and like most other sports it's competitive, it's fun, and you get a good sweat.
But in this sport, it's all about the hands.
Jeremy Morton has been playing handball for years.
He got into the game by watching the people in his life he looked up to the most.
"I'm a third generation handball player,” said Morton. “I started playing handball with my dad, and really enjoyed it, and just started playing quite a bit. I continually got better, learned from all the players that I played with here in Bozeman. I kept playing in tournaments, caught the bug, and kept playing."
Since the age of 15, Jeremy has been playing handball.
He's gotten so good with experience.
Now, he's the current Montana state handball champ.
"I won it 10 years ago,” Morton said. “I was runner up many times since. Conditioning is a big factor in it. It's definitely expecting to play well for an entire tournament and come with the trophy on Sunday."
Jeremy is having the time of his life playing the sport he loves.
"More than anything, it's a great game,” he said. ”You get to spend time with your fellow players. The comradery is great. You go out and have a beer after you're done playing. It's not about winning or losing. It's about playing the game."
