Welliver is a former boxer who opened Spokane Boxing in 2001 hoping for a chance to train national champions, but as life tends to do, things didn't exactly go as planned. Now Welliver's gym serves as a beacon of inspiration and a pillar of hope for those who need it most. Many of his boxers have a less than savory past, but by working with Welliver, they are given a chance to to become upstanding members of the community.

Enjoy the above package put together by Rozier on what his last day in Spokane with KHQ, everyone here at SWX wishes him well in his new position with Seattle's NBC affiliate KING 5.
