Fugitive Friday: CAPTURED: Alexis Dickson

KHQ.COM - Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is looking for 20-year-old Alexis Dickson. There are three warrants out for Dickson right now. She is wanted for burglary and theft. Dickson is described as 5’4’’ and 125 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. If you know where Dickson is hiding out, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

    HANCOCK, N.Y. (AP) - An upstate New York man trying to jump-start his car was greeted by an unusual sound coming from his engine - the rattle of a venomous timber rattlesnake.    The man says the snake slithered across the engine block and curled up on the battery as he opened the hood of the car earlier this month in rural Hancock, on the Pennsylvania border about 115 miles northwest of New York City.

(AP) - A 55-year-old SeaTac man has pleaded not guilty to the 1987 murders of a young Canadian couple in Washington state.    The Daily Herald reports William Earl Talbott II pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Snohomish County Superior Court in the deaths of 18-year-old Tanya Van Cuylenborg and 20-year-old Jay Cook.

(AP) - A man has filed a $75,000 claim for damages against the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency, contending he was illegally detained on a bus trip that went through Spokane's bus station last summer.    The Spokesman-Review reports that 36-year-old Andres Sosa Segura is being represented by attorneys with the American Civil Liberties Union and the Northwest Immigration Rights Project.
