Honoring Veterans With A 21 Gun Workout

Posted: Updated:
WHITEFISH - You can honor vets in a lot of ways, but here's a new one: working out.

The workout of the day is called the 21 Gun Workout at the Wave fitness center in Whitefish.

It's led by nonprofit Team Red, White, and Blue, a group that works to build up the veteran community through social, and yes, physical activities.

It's free, it starts at 5:30 p.m., and all repetitions will come in groups of 21.

"We're going to keep it a little bit of a surprise, but there will be simple exercises, no equipment necessary, exercises we feel everyone can do," explained the gym's director, Art Krueger.

Team Red, White, and Blue is also taking donations at the gym.
