N. Idaho: Suspect Charged In Skate Board Park Weapons Offense

LEWISTON, Idaho- A 21 year old Snohomish man was charged with Discharging a Firearm Within the City Limits on Saturday after an anonymous tip led to him being contacted by the Lewiston Police Department.

Luke Wechselberger was issued a misdemeanor complaint and summons for discharging an assault rifle while at Skateboard Park on April 29th, 2014. Based off the press release photos of the suspect vehicle, an anonymous party contacted the Police Department indicating that Wechselberger was involved. After being contacted by Lewiston Police,

Wechselberger admitted to discharging the weapon. Wechselberger is scheduled to appear in court no later than May 16th, 2014.
