KENNEWICK, WA - More victims are coming forward saying they were molested by a  former Kennewick school teacher and coach, William Pickerel.

This week, two more former students filed claims against the Kennewick School District for not taking action to stop Pickerel from molesting boys.

There are now 10 claims asking for a total of $50 million.

Lawyers representing the victims tell me Pickerel molested male students when he took them on private field trips to sporting events across the state.

Pickerel was arrested in 2007 and served more than 5 years when he pleaded guilty to sex crimes. Lawyers say documents show he admitted to investigators he abused at least 200 boys over a 20 year period.

"There's 200 victims out there. A lot of it is these boys or young men or men now, just trying to build up the courage to contact somebody and perhaps reveal for the first time to somebody other than their spouse, or maybe a close family member, that this actually happened," said Jeff Kreutz, Tamaki Law attorney representing victims.

Kreutz says the school district had policies to prevent private field trips and didn't follow up on complaints from parents and employees. The district has 60 days to respond to the claims.

Kreutz says he thinks more victims will come forward.
