Belgrade short stop Jordan Branch also seems to be happy. She says playing softball always gets her heart going.
"You look forward to having a second family. It's like oh I get to go with my teammates the coaches make it really enjoyable they teach you new skills. Just like the thrill of the game experiences. Learning new skills it helps my social skills a lot," said Branch.
"She's very physically gifted. Very athletic. Very fast has a great arm. She's worked her way in to being one of our best short stops," said head coach Justin Taylor.
One word to describe Branch: gullible.
"All my teammates try to play jokes on me. They know I'll fall for them. So I'm just like the main target if anyone has any new tricks to play," said Branch.
But Branch always likes to keep things fun while playing softball. She even goes as far as to imitate a Star Wars character.
"Me and a few of my teammates can make the Chewbacca noise! We always make little noises during warmups," said Jordan.
If we're just talking softball, Coach Taylor says her talents will allow her to play after Belgrade.
"I think she's got college potential. She's got power in her bat. Already got a home run already," said Taylor.
