Robbery Suspect Arrested Minutes After Robbing Spokane Coffee Shop

Spokane Police Patrol officers respond to, locate and arrest a Robbery suspect within minutes of the initial call. 38-year-old Terral Lewis was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on charges of 1st Degree Robbery and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

SPOKANE, Wash. - Tuesday morning, 4/29/14, just before 7:00 am, Spokane Police received a report of a Robbery at Indaba Coffee, located in the 1400 block of W. Broadway. The suspect indicated he had a gun (but no weapon was seen), demanded cash, and fled on foot.

Spokane Police Patrol officers responded to the call and were on-scene in less than one minute. Officers quickly located the suspect (within six minutes of the initial call) and detained him.

38-year-old Terral Lewis was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on charges of 1st Degree Robbery and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Meth as well as other items believed to have been stolen in the Robbery were located in Lewis’ possession. Those items have been recovered and returned to the owner.

    ATHOL, Idaho - The storm that ripped through the Inland Northwest on Wednesday not only interrupted the fun at Silverwood Theme Park for a while, it also did some major damage to Silverwood's RV park across Highway 95.
