WSU, Zags to Face Off at the Spokane Arena Next Season

Posted:

Washington State is reportedly moving their home game vs. Gonzaga to the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena this upcoming season.

Though it looks like this is the "neutral site" game of the three-year contract the Zags and Cougs signed. Needless to say, WSU fans aren't very happy about it. For more on that side of the story read Michael Preston's CougCenter article here: http://bit.ly/1iuBTDu

The news broke thanks to the Gonzaga Bulliten, Gonzaga's student newspaper, and has been confirmed by Jacob Thorpe of the Spokesman-Review.
