Job seekers had the chance to talk with future employers at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds on Wednesday.
The job fair was put on by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve also known as ESGR and the Bozeman Job Service.
The fair was an opportunity for job seekers, specifically veterans, to meet and interview with potential employers.
Organizers say more than 40 companies and more than 400 people attended the fair.
"It was great being able to meet employers directly instead of going into the business, getting an application and turning it in," said Levi Johnson, job seeker.
The next ESGR job fair will take place in Kalispell next Tuesday.
