Junior Cornerback Bryson Keeton transfered from Nevada to MSU in January. He's six two 195 pounds, and his last recorded 40 time was a 4.4. He says his hard nosed style of play comes naturally.
"I've always been on physical teams. I just came off a year of playing free safety. Naturally it's already there," said Bryson Keeton.
"I don't have to coach him a lot. A lot of the techniques he's done before He comes with some veteran experience and it's quite a joy to coach him. He's a mild mannered easy going guy Doesn't ever seemed to get rattled," said Brandon North.
The Bakersfield California native wanted to get away from the heat. Moving to Montana will do just that.
"I heard it was pretty cold so I stocked up on sweaters. Where I'm from in Bakersfield it gets really hot it was 80 degrees on Christmas so I'm kind of tired of the heat," said Keeton.
Even though he's far from home, Keeton says it's healthy to live in a different place.
"I feel like it's good for people to get our of their element where they're from experience some new things and have some variety in their personality and their character," said Keeton.
"He's an easy guy to talk to so laid back never seems to be bothered by anything. You know we've got all different types of personalities on the back end so he's going to fit in just nicely," said North.
