TIETON, WA - Back in January, NBC Right Now brought you the story of Julian Arreguin.

A little boy battling leukemia and remaining one of the truest Seahawks fans.

His story touched Tieton Mayor Stanley Hall, and the mayor gave Julian a once in a lifetime gift.

Mayor Hall saw little Julian raising the 12th man flag at Kadlec Medical Center and right then and there, he knew exactly what to do with the 1981 vintage Seahawks jacket sitting in his closet.

Now, Julian is the proud owner of the rare memorabilia and said he plans to wear it for the rest of his happy and healthy future.

Julian was feeling good Friday, so he made the trek to Tieton with his mom and sister to thank Mayor Hall in person.

Julian didn't come empty handed either. He gave the mayor a nice Seahawks mug.

Now, it's too bad Mayor Hall is 49'ers fan, but it was a gift much appreciated nonetheless.
