    MOSES LAKE, Wash. - A man who admitted to stealing a car in Moses Lake, then later stealing another car because the first car was stolen from him, was sentenced this week to three months in jail. iFIBER One News reports that 23-year-old Corbin Finigan pleaded guilty to theft in the first degree. According to court records, Finigan was initially charged with theft of a motor vehicle, but the charge was amended as part of a plea agreement.

    LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. - Spokane Valley Fire Department (SVFD) and Spokane County Fire District 8 units responded to a house fire in the 300 block of N. Molter Road shortly after 2:30 pm Thursday afternoon. One of the two residents was outside in the yard, smelled smoke and noticed smoke coming from the roof vents of the home. He quickly went inside to alert his wife and together they safely evacuated with their two dogs and called
