Memorial Funds Set Up For Lolo Crash Victims

Posted: Updated:
MISSOULA -

Several memorial funds have been set up for the victims of a fatal crash south of Lolo.

Hellgate Elementary teacher, 23-year-old Hannah Capen, and Florence Carlton Elementary student, 9-year-old Meghan Okon, died from injuries sustained after a car crash on Highway 93 Saturday.

Capen's husband, a pastor at the Missoula Nazarene Church was injured in the accident. He is recovering and is expected to be okay. Okon's mother, and another young girl are also recovering from injuries caused by the accident.

Two separate funds are set up in memory of Okon and Capen at Missoula Federal Credit Union. You can make a donation to Capen's fund by making a payment to the Hannah Johnson Capen Memorial Fund. Funds go to Capen's funeral cost, and her husband's medical bills. Okon's family are setting up a website in her honor, which will have information about her fund.
