KALISPELL -

A well known pianist is back in Montana and playing for kids.

Alon Goldstein made his orchestral debut at the age of eighteen back in his native Israel.

Since then, he has played in Carnegie Hall and all around the globe including performances with the London Philharmonic.

Friday, elementary school kids from as far as Eureka got to hear his talent at Flathead High School.

In between pieces, Goldstein asked the kids what they thought of the music and they asked him questions about his life.

"It's more to, again, bring them closer to this experience, share their feelings," explained Goldstein.

This Saturday and Sunday, Goldstein will be back in the Flathead High School Performance Hall playing with the Glacier Symphony Orchestra.
