Bail is set at $50,000 for a UM student accused of raping a friend in her dorm room. 18-year-old Timothy Schwartz faces a felony charge of sexual intercourse without consent.

Court documents show the unidentified victim was drinking on Monday, with friends in her dorm room, when another friend showed up with Schwartz.

When her friends left, Schwartz stayed behind, even though she asked him to leave. She pretended to go to sleep, but he crawled into bed with her. Documents show after she told him she didn't want to have sex, he flipped her over, hitting her head on the head board, and raped her.

A First Step exam showed the woman had cuts on her lips and bruising on her neck. She will be back in court for the alleged rape on March 5.

Schwartz was previously charged with two counts of burglary in Gallatin County for a December 2 burglary at Bridger Bowl. Investigators said all of the stolen items were found in his dorm room.
