Posted: Updated:
WHITEFISH -

We just got some video taken by one of the snowmobilers who was buried by an avalanche over the weekend in the Whitefish Range.

According to an online form sent in by one of the snowmobilers, it happened on a group of south-facing slopes known as the "Seven Sisters."

None of the four were completely buried, and no serious injuries were noted.

According to the final avalanche report, one snowmobiler "mentioned that he had time to think 'Wow! I'm in an avalanche.'"

The avalanche risk is still high in the Flathead.
