MISSOULA -

Police continue the manhunt for the suspect who robbed a Missoula Taco Bell and Motel 6 at gunpoint Thursday morning.

Detective Sergeant Travis Welsh said officers patrolled the city searching for the suspect until 11 last night.

Welsh said they also conducted interviews with people who had reporting seeing him in town.

He said it's still unknown if the man who robbed the businesses is the escaped rapist from Bozeman, Kevin Briggs.

Welsh said they have been in contact with the Bozeman Police Department about Briggs.
