    NEW YORK (AP) - Former NFL kicker Jay Feely says a photo of him holding a pistol while standing between his daughter and her prom date was intended to be a joke. Feely posted the photo on Twitter Saturday. The photo shows him standing with his arm around his daughter and with the gun in his other hand, next to his daughter's date. But, some people thought he crossed a line.

    HELENA, Mont. (AP) - A 9-year-old boy died in an all-terrain vehicle crash on a rural road north of Boulder over the weekend.   The Montana Highway Patrol says the ATV went off Sloans Lane early Sunday afternoon and tipped onto its side. The boy was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.   His name has not been released.

    BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Police in Billings are investigating after a man walking along the Yellowstone River spotted a body in the water near Two Moon Park.   Sgt. Ryan Taylor says officers were not immediately able to identify the body or provide the age or gender of the person. There was no indication how the person died. An autopsy is planned Monday.
