Over the weekend Montana Tech fired its athletic director. In protest to the decision, its women's head basketball coach resigned.

The school announced an interim A.D. and interim head coach to fill those roles for the rest of the year.

Former head football coach Bob Green will take over the athletic director position on a temporary basis, while Lindsie Wilson will take over as the interim head coach of the women's basketball squad.

Green takes over for Charles Bradley who served as the athletic director since May of 2013.

Bradley was let go on Saturday for reasons that university officials did not disclose.

Following the decision, women's basketball head coach DeAnn Craft and assistant Kesha Watson left their jobs.

"We're not going to dwell on what's gone on in the past. I'm going to listen," said Interim Athletic Director Bob Green. "I have a big list of people here that I'm going to talk to tomorrow, and I'm going to listen. I'm going to see what I can do to aid the mission of basketball, volleyball, of football, of fundraising, administration, of running our operation."
