A judge set bond at $35,000 for a Missoula man accused of stabbing two people with a knife in an unprovoked attack.

Court documents show Kurtis Lee Killsontop, 30, is charged with two counts of assault with a weapon.

Police say Killsontop attacked his common law wife with a small knife at his home on Sussex Avenue on New Year's Eve.

She was treated at the hospital for a puncture wound to her back.

Documents show Killsontop also stabbed a man who was at his house in the upper chest, which didn't require medical attention.

Killsontop will appear again in court on January 16.
