Transient Man Has Trial Set in Rape Case

A transient man accused of raping two teenage girls under a Missoula bridge will have a trial in March.

Court documents show William Stephens told two girls-- ages 13 and 14-- they would be safe under the bridge and gave them alcohol before raping them.

Investigators determined the girls had run away from a group home in Alberton.

Stephens pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual intercourse without consent in November.
