Manhattan Man Pleads Not Guilty To Raping Charges

BOZEMAN -

A Manhattan man pleaded not guilty to allegedly raping his under-aged stepdaughter in Gallatin County District court on Monday.

37-year-old-Dave Antone Udeen is charged with sexual intercourse without consent and incest, both are felonies.

According to court documents, Udeen's 14-year-old stepdaughter told police in early December her stepfather forced her to engage in sexual acts.

Udeen denied the allegations, but did admit to being under the influence at the time of the alleged incident.

If convicted, Udeen could face up to 100 years in prison for each charge.
