UPS Offering Refunds For Late Packages

BOZEMAN -

UPS is now offering some refunds to customers who didn't get their packages in time for Christmas.

The company is promising to refund shipping costs to air and international customers that didn't get their packages on time.

UPS and FedEx say they were experiencing shipping problems and bad weather in parts of the country, delaying deliveries across the US.

So far, FedEx isn't saying if it will offer shipping refunds for late packages.

Yesterday Amazon announced its offering shipping refunds and gift cards to customers who are getting their packages late, since many packages were coming from the online retailer.
