Expedited Screening Available For Military Members

BOZEMAN -

The Transportation Security Administration expanded its pre-check screening measures to members of the military.

The expedited screening allows service members to leave certain items such as shoes, light outerwear and belts. They can also keep lap tops in their cases.

To go through the pre-check lane, military members need to make sure they enter their military ID number during the reservation process.

The pre-check lane is also open to other low-risk travelers including those in frequent traveler programs.

The Bozeman airport is the only airport in the state to offer these pre-check screening measures.
