Defense Rests Case in Graham Trial

Both the prosecution and the defense rest their cases on day four of the Jordan Graham murder trial.

Jordan Linn Graham will not take the stand.

U.S. District attorneys finished their arguments Thursday morning.

The defense called a host of witnesses, including members of Graham's family, but the defendant did not take the stand.

Graham's mother Lindi Rutledge testified she lent her daughter the largeamount of cash deposited on the day Cody Johnson's body was discovered.

Grahams brother Michael Rutledge, grandmother Linda Rickford and step-father Steve Rutledge also took the stand testifying about Grahamsbehavior at Cody's funeral and wedding.

Videos from the couple's wedding showing vows, speechesand the first dance brought many in the courtroom including Graham and Cody'sfriends and family to tears.

Closing arguments will begin at 12:15.
