MISSOULA -

Missoula police said all four suspects involved in the drug-related robbery are in custody. They include Missoula residents, Joshua Robinson and Jazmine Beehler, both appeared in court Friday. 31-year-old Rochelle Kolden was arrested on Sunday, and 31-year-old Justin Holdstheenemy was arrested on Monday. They will appear in court Monday afternoon.

Since the shooting involving the undercover Missoula Police Department Detective on Nov. 27, numerous law enforcement agencies have been involved with the investigation. The Missoula Police Department, Missoula County Sheriff's Office, Montana Department of Justice (Division of Criminal Investigation), the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have all worked in a collaborative effort to investigate the incident.

Subsequent investigation of this incident determined the suspects planned a ‘drug-rip' robbery instead of a drug transaction. At the time of the incident, the Missoula Drug Task Force was working on an undercover operation involving a planned drug transaction.

Kolden was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, a felony, and criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, a felony. Holdstheenemy was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, a felony. Both will appear in Missoula Justice Court December 2.

The Montana Criminal Investigation Division is continuing their investigation of the shooting and the Montana Regional Violent Crime Task Force and the Missoula Drug Task Force is continuing the investigation of the armed robbery and drug conspiracy aspect of the incident.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery are urged to call Detective Guy Baker of the Missoula Police Department at 406-396-3217.
