KHQ.COM - Lookout Pass will be opening for the 2013-14 season on Thursday the 21st. From Spokane or Missoula, get on I-90 and head for the Idaho/Montana border. It takes approximately 90 minutes to get to Lookout Pass coming from either direction. Hit the off ramp at Exit 0. Our parking lot is 200 yards ahead. In a few minutes you'll be on the snow!

Neighbor Y'vonne Marie says she woke up around midnight to sounds of the fire next door. She thought she was hearing fireworks, but later learned it was ammunition exploding in the garage of a home on fire.
