A daughter and father from Oak Harbor, Wash. are charged in connection with the hit and run death of an 81-year-old man outside of Big Timber in September.

On September 30, Young allegedly hit Alaskan resident Elgie Bedford in her car east of Big Timber and continued on to Livingston.
