BUTTE -

The "No Shave November" movement is making it's way through the Mining City.

Butte is currently hosting the second annual "Meaningful Mustache Fundraiser."

The fundraiser, which is a competition to see who can grow the best mustache, raises money for the Keep Dancing Scholarship for the Arts.

At the end of the month, the winner will be determined at the mustachio dinner.

"Their goal is to give out $6,000 dollars in scholarship awards in the arts field. So right now they're at about $1,500 raised," said Matt Boyle. "This will do anywhere to $1,000 on up."

A majority of the money will be generated through raffle tickets and donations at the door to the dinner.

Tickets can be purchased at McKenzie River Pizza, Metals Sports Bar & Grill, Headframe spirits, and at the Park & Main Café.
