Man Pleads Guilty To Pharmacy Robbery

A man who robbed a pharmacy last March pleaded guilty in Gallatin County District court on Monday.

Benjamin Reid Bullock is charged with robbery as a felony. According to court documents, Bullock entered the Price Rite Drug store, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded cash and all their Claudia, which is a pain medicine.

Police were called to the location, but when they got there, Bullock fled the scene. Bullock was later arrested at the Town Pump.     

If convicted, Bullock could face up to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.

Bullock is scheduled to be sentenced on February 3 at 1:30 p.m.
