A Florence man is in jail on $50,000 bond for allegedly asking underage girls to send him sexual photos online.

Court documents show police discovered 29-year-old Matthew Tack had asked a 13-year-old girl in Kentucky to send him nude photos of herself back in September.

Police said Tack claims he thought the young girl was 18-years-old, although in one photo, the girl was wearing a Kentucky middle school shirt.

Investigators went through Tack's online history and found he had asked multiple underage girls to send sexually explicit photos of themselves.

Tack is charged with sexual abuse of children possession of material.

His next court appearance is set for November 19.
