Flathead County District Judge, Heidi Ulbricht, is now out of the ICU and out of Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

According to a statement from Ulbricht's family, she was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder.

They said doctors were treating her with medication and other aggressive therapies for inflamed lungs.

Hospital officials say she is no longer on their registry.

Ulbricht was elected to this position last November after serving as a municipal judge.
