A Montana State Prison inmate, convicted of murdering another inmate late last year, will be spending the rest of his life behind bars.
Shaun Morrison was sentenced to life in prison without parole for killing inmate Julio Santiago Jr. in September of 2011.
Morrison killed Santiago after he allegedly stole Morrison's ear buds.
A jury found Morrison guilty of the crime last November.
Along with a life sentence, Judge Brad Newman sentenced Morrison Thursday for another 25 years for using a weapon.
