Bull Moose Poached Near Missoula

MISSOULA -

A bull moose is shot and left to rot near Schwartz Creek.  Now FWP wardens are asking for your help finding the poacher.

Wardens say they found a 3 to 4-year-old bull left to waste about 200 yards off Schwartz Creek Road about a mile from the Miller Creek Road intersection. They say the animal was probably shot sometime Sunday.

Wardens ask you to call 1-800-TIP-MONT with any information.
