Gear Up For Rake Up The Flathead

Posted: Updated:
KALISPELL -

With the ninth annual Rake Up the Flathead coming up on November 8, the United Way is putting out a call for volunteers.

The two day event provides help with yard work to those who are unable to manage their own fall clean-up.

Groups as well as individuals are encouraged to sign up, either for a full day or a half day.

Northwest Montana's United Way is also looking for other fall projects for the volunteers to complete.

November 1 is the deadline to submit a project, but volunteers can register until the day of the event.

If you want to roll up your sleeves and pitch in, just call the United Way Volunteer Center at 406.752.7266.
