Two people accused of leading police on a chase after breaking into a home and stealing credit cards appeared in Gallatin County Justice court on Friday.
22-year-old, Deborah Hawes and 39-year-old Kenneth William Charles Abegg are both being charged with theft and operation of unlawful clandestine laboratory. Abegg is also being charged with possession of dangerous drugs.
According to court documents, the two broke into a residence on Tuesday, stole credit cards and used them at two different convenience stores.
On Thursday, the two were spotted at Home Depot and allegedly fled from police in a stolen vehicle. The car eventually got stuck in mud then the two fled on foot.
During the vehicle search, officers say they found a "one pot" clandestine methamphetamine lab.
Hawes' bond was set at $70,000. Abegg's was set at $150,000.
